The village is within easy walking distance of the house, but the property also has the benefit of having open views and being next to open countryside. This is truly "the best of both worlds"!

Landivy itself is also in a good location: near the borders of Pays de la Loire with Normandy and Brittany. Laval is about an hour away, where there is a fast TGV service to Paris. Rennes and Dinard airports are a similar distance. So getting here is convenient.

4. Future possibilities

There are two outbuildings, currently used as a sheep house and storage shed but previously used for occupation. These could, if desired and subject to necessary permissions, be changed into gites or other buildings.

The house, being large, could offer B&B possibilities, if desired.
