Character Provencal village property, situated in the medieval village of Malijai.

Malijai has developed alongside the river Bléone on the ancient route of Napoleon in a triangle between the spa town of Digne les Bains to the North East, Sisteron known as the gateway to Provence to the North West and the medieval town of Forcalquier to the South West.

At the heart of the village is an impressive Chateau built in 1770 (now the town hall)

The house is ideally situated for easy access to tourist areas such as the Plateau de Valensole famous for its lavender fields and nearby Gorges du Verdon. The village has easy motorway access for Aix en Provence, Marseille and the Mediterranean coast
