There are currently six spots on the glamping, but there is certainly room for at least ten. The municipality supports a possible extension, but this must be requested in the form of a permit. The current interior is already very charming, with vintage vehicles such as a fire truck and army ambulance transformed into sleeping quarters. House in good condition
The associated house offers comfort and space for the owner or manager. With three bedrooms, a very spacious kitchen, a cozy living room, a laundry room and a neat bathroom, it is ideal for a permanent stay. Everything is well maintained: the roof and walls are in good condition. With the exception of two windows, there is double glazing everywhere. The bathroom and kitchen are fully functional but could use some refreshment. This is especially aesthetic. We just use them like that.
A brand new septic tank has been installed. Electricity and water are fine.
Fully prepared for direct use
The barn offers sanitary facilities and an extensive guest kitchen. Rooms have already been made in the barn with a view to creating a gite or chambres d'hôtes. The full inventory is included, so you can start glamping activities right away.
