Beautiful campsite with great potential. Situated in the Dordogne on 24 hectares of land of which 5,5 hectares are used for camping. The rest of the land is forest and pasture. The campsite has 64 pitches of which a number with rental possibilities such as mobile homes or luxury tents. An expansion with 75 pitches is possible. It is an atypical campsite with a 'Belvédère' of 240 square metres in the middle of the grounds, which is used for giving yoga lessons or meditation. A small hamau (number of buildings) built in the typical Perigordian style of the area belongs to the campsite. It includes, among others, 2 residential houses and a loft. (140 m², 100 m ² and 100 m². There is a heated swimming pool of 7 x 15 metres with a depth of 1.40m. The technical installation is in very good condition. The restaurant with license 3 for liquor gives place to 50 couverts. There is also a snack bar/bar. The annual figures are around ; 130.000 and more but there is much more potential. The annual figures at the moment are made up in 2months (july and august). There is much more to get out of it if you open up the campsite in the low and middle season, open up for groupes likes bikers, oltimers or weddings.
