The Pelouse campsite is located in the heart of the Lorraine regional park in eastern France. The site is situated outside the village of Jaulny, in the middle of nature.
In terms of nearby towns, Jaulny is 20 km from Pont à Mousson, 30 km from Metz, 50 km from Nancy and Verdun, and 10 km from Chambley, where the world balloon festival takes place. It is also 15 minutes from Lake Madine and just a few meters from the castle of Jaulny.
It's the ideal place to visit the region.
It's also an ideal place to live because 5 km away is the town of Thiaucourt, where all amenities can be found: schools, colleges, doctor, pharmacy, nurse, gas station, Carrefour Contact. 10 km away, in Pagny sur Moselle, the train station (with free parking) serves Metz, Thionville, Luxembourg and, in the other direction, Pont-à-Mousson, Nancy.
Various services are also offered to best satisfy customers, such as a bread deposit, the sale of ice cream and drinks, a restaurant.
The 3-star campsite has been set up on a 2.90-hectare forested area. The site is actually located on a rock ledge overlooking a river called the Rupt de Mad. The site has a capacity of 105 pitches.

- a building that includes, for 155.69 m², the campsite reception, the restaurant, the kitchen, an ancillary room, and a storage room. On the upper floor of this building is the main residence (60.35 m²) which includes a living room, a dining room, a bathroom, and 4 bedrooms.

The campsite has 105 spacious (100 m²) and shaded pitches, bordered by hedges. A pétanque court and an area for motorhomes.
A heated swimming pool measuring 10m by 5m with a depth varying from 1.20m to 1.50m and a double bottom has been built to improve the infrastructure of our campsite and to offer a water activity for our campers that appeals to both young and old. For hygiene reasons, a sanitary block with 2 showers, 1 toilet, and 1 handicap-accessible toilet has been constructed.
The campsite includes a building for dining-reception-residence, two garages, a sanitary block, a pool sanitary block, 6 chalets, and 1 wine trailer.
The building that includes dining, reception, kitchen, and residence was built in 1986 (block walls, insulated with BA13, exterior plaster, tiled roof, double-glazed windows).
The ground floor has an area of 190 m² and the first floor 80 m².
The residence is located on the first floor. It is arranged as follows:

They include 4 laundry sinks, 8 sinks, 8 showers, 7 washbasins in cabins with hot water, 7 cold water washbasins outside the cabins, 11 toilets including 1 for disabled persons, 5 urinals, and a disposal area for chemical toilets and wastewater.

Chalet Sirocco 37 m²: Chalet designed for people with reduced mobility, fully equipped, equipped kitchen with large living area. Ground floor: equipped kitchen, sleeping area for 1 person with a 90 cm bed, large living area with table, chairs, storage, bathroom with Italian shower, disabled WC. Upstairs: one bedroom with 1 bed of 140 (for 2 people) and one bedroom with 2 beds of 90. Outside covered terrace with furniture and barbecue, all on a 300m2 plot.
Chalet Mistral 32 m² / Chalet Alizée 32 m² / Chalet Zéphir 32 m²: Fully equipped chalet, with a bedroom with 1 double bed (2 people), a second bedroom with 3 single beds including one bunk bed, a kitchen equipped with dishes, a bathroom with an Italian shower, a toilet, a large covered terrace with its furniture, a barbecue on 300 m².
Chalet Tramontagne 35 m²: Fully equipped chalet, 1 bedroom with a double bed (2 people) and 1 single bunk bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds including one bunk bed, a bathroom with a shower, a toilet, a kitchen equipped with dishes, a covered terrace, terrace furniture, and a barbecue, all on 300 m².
Chalet Marin and its private SPA 20 m²: Fully equipped chalet, 2 electric single beds, kitchen equipped with dishes, toilet, bathroom with an Italian shower, outdoor terrace, all on more than 300 m².
An unusual accommodation: The vineyard caravan with access to the private spa of 15 m².

The campsite was created more than 40 years ago.
The Sarl camping de la pelouse has a turnover of between €95k and €170k.
The SCI has a turnover of €45k.
The companies are managed by 2 people year-round. The campsite is open from April 1st to September 30th. The chalets are available for rent all year round.
Different opportunities could be established to easily increase the turnover (opening in winter, online advertising, partnerships, etc.).
