Wine estate in the heart of the Ventoux AOP Location: Located in the heart of the Ventoux AOP, this estate extends over 18 hectares of land, including 13.6 hectares cultivated with vines. A pioneer of organic viticulture in the region, it benefits from a preserved natural environment and an exceptional terroir. Characteristics of the Estate: - Surface area: 18 hectares, including 13 hectares of certified organic vines. - Appellations: AOP Ventoux and IGP Mediterranee wines. - Production: On average 700 hl per year, or around 80,000 bottles sold, with a range of 12 wines. - Partially underground winemaking cellar: Building in perfect condition of 700 m² equipped with modern and efficient equipment, with a capacity of 1780 hl - mainly stainless steel vats. - Cellar aging - storage: part of the cellar is reserved for aging wines in barrels. About twenty 225-liter barrels make up our barrel park.
