Plot C 611
A generous plot (total 2400 m²) with a slightly smaller buildable area. Part of the site is too hilly to build on, but it does provide privacy. The view is breathtaking over the valley and the Montagne de Lure. In spring, you look out over blooming lavender, and throughout the year, the various fields are periodically grazed by flocks of sheep. The site ends at the edge of a forest with tall conifers and many oak shrubs. Connections to utilities (electricity, water, and sewer) have already been established.
Plot C 614
This building plot (total 2000 m²) is beautifully flat and can be built on in any way imaginable. Even a semi-detached house is a possibility. A slightly larger villa with an attached bungalow would also be an option. Personally, I would especially focus on a wide view, so a house facing southwest would be the best option. This site still needs to be connected to utilities, but it is directly adjacent to the access path.
Plot C 616
A beautiful, flat lot (2200 m²) where virtually anything is possible. The site is surrounded on two sides by an access path and is already connected to utilities. The soil here is extremely fertile, as evidenced by the vegetation, which grows taller every summer. All the broom and oak trees can now grow freely. Depending on the choice of buildings, some pruning will be necessary, but it would be a shame to remove healthy plants if they might eventually become part of a hedge or even the garden. This lot is also already connected to utilities, which saves money and construction time.
